We are aware that organisation of a business meeting, an employees’ meeting or a conference is a serious task. We approach this task with great care looking after comfort and convenience of our guests. Therefore Trzy Światy Restaurant prepared for business meetings a special offer. When you need to discuss important business matters, organise a board meeting, an employees’ meeting or a training, you do not have to do it in your office or a rented room in the city. It is worth, even for a while, to break away from your normal, everyday surrounding and organise a conference in an amazing place, a place which makes efficient work easier and which is located in the bosom of nature in a luxury premise.
The price of the package includes:
- Accommodation in double room – PREMIUM – for two people
- Breakfast in the form of a buffet
- Training room suitable for the amount of participants
- Wireless Internet access
- Conference equipment: a sound system, multimedia projector, flipchart, DVD player
- Scanner, printer and photocopier in the hotel reception (photocopies for additional fee 0,50 PLN)
- Coffee break (coffee, tea, cookies, juice, still mineral water)
- Lunch or dinner served at the table (soup, main course, dessert, juice, still mineral water)

Payment conditions and cancellation
The conference package is available for groups of more than 10 people. Provided implementation is sending a request to organise a conference or a training to an email: biuro@3swiaty.com.pl. Confirmation of an availability date will be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Prices quoted are gross.
The booking is finished when you make a down payment of 50% of the costs of your order.
Payment after the service can be made by card, cash or bank transfer [after sending documents: NIP (taxpayer identification number), REGON (National Business Register) and KRS (National Court Register) / Entry into the Business Activity Register].

Booking cancellation should be made only in writing.
All changes or reduction of booking in shorter time than 7 days prior starting date are connected with 100% payment for each unused booking.
